“飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢”

“The location is fantastic. Easily connected to train bus and particularly the ferries Rooms need more storage and surfaces to organise belongings Aircon is centrally controlled at 20 degrees which was not pleasant in 35 degree heat this week. Aircon should be managed by the user not the hotel reception”

“Gegen das Hotel ist an sich nichts einzuwenden, aber: -der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig! Selbst nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption bzgl. des Einfahrtstickets, erhielten wir keine Information hierzu. Ein netter Security Mitarbeiter bei der Einfahrt hat uns dann das 3 Tagesticket um 12 Euro empfohlen, da man sonst für jede Ausfahrt aus dem Parkplatz 4 Euro zahlen muss -Kein kinderfreundliches Pool: man darf nur mit Badehaube schwimmen (Kosten 7,50 an der Poolbar), man darf nicht ins……

“Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Ein wirklich schönes, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war immer lecker, gab für jeden etwas. Parken kostet 5 Euro pro Nacht, ist aber vollkommen ok da sich die Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage befinden. Gerne wieder!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right……

“Staff was very nice handling our issues and the room and bathroom overall were clean and spacious. Issues were a broken shower head line (which was repaired for us when we returned) and unfortunately our key card to access the parking lot, hotel entrance, and our room was somehow de-activated after our first night, leading to us needing to call the emergency line. Ultimately, they had a system in place to get us back to our room, but it was concerning considering the key card is all guests have……
