Pros: Our room was updated, spacious, super clean, and had lots of amenities (wet bar, plenty of linens and toiletries). When I checked in and out, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store attached. Hot coffee and tea are always availabe in the lobby. Great proximity (<1 mile) to Tillamook Creamery. Cons: Several hotel amenities - pool, fitness center, restaurant - are permanently closed or under construction, leaving the hotel looking neglected. I noticed a few rough-looking characters on the hotel grounds. The immediate area is mostly parking lots and not very scenic.

This property is in the process of renovating so many amenities were unavailable. The windows could have been dewebbed and cleaned. The room was nice, and clean, the stay was quiet and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

There was a wait to check-in because it was fully booked. But it was worth it! Best price along the coast and the room was immaculately clean. Largest room we’ve had and it wasn’t even a suite. Would definitely stay again!

This place is a joke. We reserved it for the pool, and upon arrival, I pulled my email up to get my reservation information, only to see an email stating there was no pool and no breakfast as stated in the Expedia booking page. I immediately turned around and got on a chat with Expedia to cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay. I was told by the Expedia agent that they called the hotel and confirmed that my refund was being processed, so I proceeded to book another location through Expedia. Several days later, I received an email stating that I was not going to receive a refund because the location refused. This is equal parts the fault of the Tillamook Inn and Expedia for false advertisement and straight up lying about what they’d do to rectify it. Both companies are disgusting excuses for customer service operations, and I will never spend another dime at either. Don't stay at this place because everything they state they have is a lie, and you’ll only find that out after the money is already spent. Only then will they tell you the truth, and by then it’s too late for a refund. The Tillamook Inn is ran by slimy thieves. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It's right by the Wilson River, so if you are here to fish, no brainer. Also, a good spot to stop to sleep if you're passing through. Pretty quiet, but it was a Monday night the week after the 4th of July.
