“Room very clean & comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Easy access from M42 & convienent for NEC. Walking distance. Only downside is there is only one bathroom and toilet combined between the four bedrooms.

“The full cooked breakfast was amazing, i couldn't fault it, single room was small but clean and comfy.
very friendly owners , and 2 lovely dogs who came to greet me.
Overall i enjoyed my stay, and if im ever back in the area i would definately stay again.

“People leave a 1 star or 5 star review for everything these days, so I see ratings like this and think “yeah, right”. Well, this time it was right… virtually flawless from start to finish.
Plenty of spacious parking spaces. My host found the rate balance between friendly and not overly familiar. I was arriving late so I was sensibly put by the front door, presumably to not disturb other guests.
The room was immaculate. I’ve stayed in some of the leading hotels of the world and Barncroft was……

“Lovely room. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to help. Very well mannered and a pleasure to talk to. This was our second stay and definitely won't be out last. We stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary weekend and it was great. Room spotless and amazing staff. Very happy ”
