“Cojimos aposta la suite romantica con jacuzzi al llegar nos dan la llave en un sitio el apartamento en otro .el jacuzzi no funcionaba .llamamis y no nos cojen el telefono..y el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba con lo cual muertos de frio toda la noche .la bañera estaba sujeta el revestimiento con celo y las puertas comidas el marco por abajo .un desastre .queremos pones reclamacion pero no pudimos pues al dejar la llave no habia nadie ”

“Hotel was great. Quiet and convenient location. Keep in mind that it’s a €50 taxi ride.
Front desk staff was NOT friendly. She was quite rude and dismissive. Did not enjoy neither of the interactions i had with her”

“Experiencia del todo desagradable. Los Bungalows carecen de todo lo mínimo para hacer un alojamiento decente. Te dan los enseres en una caja, la sartén sin teflón de mínimo 10 o 15 años de antigüedad donde es imposible cocinar nada sin que se pegue todo, y cubiertos rotos y oxidados. No hay cubo de basura, ni fregona ni escoba. Se nota que lo bungalows son los mismos que hace 30 años. Fuimos una familia y el bungalow de al lado se tiro de fiesta dos días seguidos con musica altísima, gritos sin……

“Towels were not clean. One of the bathrooms door was falling apart and couldn't close it. I got there at 10 p.m. and there was nobody in the reception. I had no Internet and there was no way to contact them. They have a phone number to call but nobody answered. I had to wait for someone to help me get wifi so I can contact them thorough whatsapp.”

“This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells……
