The staff were incredibly kind and always tried to ensure guests had everything they could possibly want or ask for. I honestly have not experienced staff as kind as theirs in quite some time.

Small, clean room and very small bathroom. Room heater was slow. Surprisingly, all Franconia restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesday. What’s with that??

Our family loves the riverwalk but unfortunately the room next door snuck two large dogs into the resort that barked the majority of our stay. We contacted Amy the manager and she couldn’t even be bothered to call me back.
