The staff are helpful and always available to assist. Just to note, the property is quite old so the rooms are pretty dated. There is no overhead lighting in the room, just mood lighting so it is slightly dim at night. Also, the nearest coin laundry location is about 9 min away. But even so the hotel is well in need of a renovation. The bathroom furniture was a worrying shade and the lighting levels in the room very poor. The bed was comfy, can’t deny that. But the welcome message on the desk informing me that my pajamas and lan cable were in the draw made me wonder what era I’d landed in. Also, no coffee or milk in the room, just a solitary green tea bag. Breakfast was edible but sub par.
