Hotel is situated very close to the stations and several convenience stores. Staffs are available for assistance at the reception and very helpful. Some rooms need upgrading but facilities are good enough. Whole atmosphere inside the hotel is relaxed especially breakfast times at the restaurant.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to the subway, beautiful parks and Imperial Palace, and convenience stores. Area is quiet, which is a nice break from the busy areas of the city. Amenities and breakfast was average. The hotel is older but well kept. Good value for what you get.

Best Budget Friendly & Convenient Hotel in Tokyo

Convenient location as it is just a two minute walk to the subway station and a five minute walk to the Imperial Palace grounds. Friendly staff. Very clean. Room pretty spacious for one guest. Very affordable.

A very quiet place to stay at and very easy to access. The staff are helpful and always available to assist. Just to note, the property is quite old so the rooms are pretty dated. There is no overhead lighting in the room, just mood lighting so it is slightly dim at night. Also, the nearest coin laundry location is about 9 min away. Otherwise, it is a great place to live at, the rooms are larger than counterparts of similar budget!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a great location, just a block away from the subway station and only one stop from Shibuya. Given Tokyo’s complex metro system, this worked very well for us, we didn’t need to pay double or triple to stay in a more central area. The rooms were small, but that’s typical for Tokyo. It makes up for it with how clean the property is, and there’s a 24-hour front desk available.

Excellent hotel. It’s 5 minutes walk from Hanzomon station from which you can get to the main areas easily. Breakfast was delicious everyday. The room is small, but is as advertised so I knew to expect that.

Room was clean a tidy, bathroom was a little run down and had mould in the shadow ceiling. If you are over 175cm you feet will hang over bed. Get off the subway at exit 4

Staff was helpful but spoke little English for tourists. Unlike other hotels, there are no amenities in the lobby. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in the room as well as toothbrush kit and razor. They do provide new razor and toothbrush kits. No facial products or lotions of any kind. No had soap in the rooms either. Rooms are very dated. Close to train station and many restaurants, a fantastic French pastry shop around the corner and many convenient stores and market Pillow is not comfortable, some sort of organic feather filling. Bed is a bit in the firm side for me
