"clean and convinient hotel"
We were in a family suites on 24th floor. It was very clean, roomy with a nice city view. This hotel has lots of advantages. We can take the Tokyo monorail from the hotel lobby without going outside. Seven eleven is also directly connected with the hotel lobby. In my personal opinion, the only downside was the pillow. However, it is a subjective issue. I thought the pillow was uncomfortable, but my family liked it.

"Good hotel close to major station"
1) Great location at the tip of Ginza. Walkable to the main shopping road. 2) Quick walk outside or underground to Shimbashi station! Super close! 3) Lots of food to eat around. If you want a restaurant / table / room type you can easily metro to Tokyo Station (it's huge) Only thing was the reception didn't smile or greet much. One lady (maybe not Japanese) was not so polite.

"Nice hotel but rooms are SUPER small"
Hotel is in a good location and easy to get to from Narita airport - can take the airport limousine bus shuttle (bus lets off across the street at The Imperial Hotel). Very clean rooms but they are so small. Didn't even have room for a desk to work at so you have to sit in the 1 chair or the bed. Have a nice cafe/restaurant in the lobby (2nd floor of the building).

"Excellent experience"
We stayed on this hotel for only one night! And in a two week in Japan, I believe this was the best bed we ever sleep on! The room is so futuristic and comfortable .. They even have a massage chair there waiting for you at your room!.. It was pretty comfy and next to the train station.

"Lovely hotel in Tokyo suburb."
We stayed here for a visit to the Ghibli Museum, which is a pleasant 2-kilometer walk away. The hotel is configured with an indoor courtyard into which the rooms face. It's a very elegant facility, with several restaurants and some shopping on the first few floors. The rooms are very nice, though a bit cramped for us spoiled Americans. As usual in Japan, the staff is attentive and everything is meticulously clean. The only problem I encountered is that the English sign, while big, is set back from the street. I walked by the hotel twice on consecutive days! You need to pay close attention to your mapping application.

Location was very close to Tsukiji fish market. 5min walking distance to subway station, 1,000yen tax ride to Tokyo station. All rooms are on high floor, beautiful view. 1st class hotel can jogging along water day or night on trail. I left my suitcases day before check in at counter to make travel right that most of hotel does for you, they did put my luggages in my room before I had arrived.

"buffet should be part of the selling point ..."
I am not sure if the hotel is interested in providing breakfast buffet since 1) I purcharsed breakfast ticket since I saw the ad (and also the hotel clerk did not care to ask/offer) and 2) a table was cleared very quickly by the time I returned to the table w/a new plate of items that I did not try the first time round.

The room was nice, very clean and provided a great view of the city. The hotel is very close to Ryogoku station (next to Eido line, about 1/2 mile from JR). For those who like a western breakfast, the morning buffet is pretty good.
