This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a warm, inviting ambiance—the property even smells divine—and remarkably friendly, attentive staff. The entire hotel is gorgeous, pristine, and wonderfully comfortable. ​Its location couldn't be better: nestled right near the Cathedral, incredible shopping, great local restaurants, and rich historical sites. Having an art museum integrated into the hotel was such a unique and memorable bonus! Dining was equally impressive, with delicious traditional options that hit every spot. To top it all off, the on-site spa provided an exceptional massage that left me thoroughly relaxed. Every detail of this stay was flawless, and I cannot wait to return.

Por favor, no se queden en este lugar. No se dejen engañar por el precio, porque al final podría salirles mucho más caro, especialmente si terminan teniendo que mudarse a otro alojamiento. Lo recomiendo aún menos si viajan con bebés o niños. El check-in era a las 3:00 p. m., pero nos permitieron entrar hasta las 5:30 p. m. Teníamos planes para ese día y se arruinaron porque nos hicieron esperar afuera con todas nuestras maletas. Cuando finalmente entramos al apartamento, descubrimos que había una gotera en el techo. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue poner una cubeta para que ahí cayera el agua. Además, los muebles estaban muy sucios y encontramos cucarachas muertas en los baños. Entiendo que es un apartamento de renta, pero la limpieza y las condiciones no son adecuadas, especialmente para familias con niños. Como mamá, no puedo recomendar este lugar. Si viajan con su familia, les sugiero buscar otra opción donde la limpieza, el mantenimiento y el servicio sean una prioridad. Please do not stay at this place. Don’t be fooled by the low price, because in the end it could cost you much more, especially if you have to move to another accommodation. I would recommend it even less if you are traveling with babies or children. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we were not allowed to enter until 5:30 PM. Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Alo Guadalajara. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also enjoyed the rooftop, which has beautiful views along with a great restaurant and bar. The Wi-Fi was fast and dependable, the Smart TV was a nice bonus, and everything worked as expected. I highly recommend Hotel Alo Guadalajara to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again!
