“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“No todo el personal era amable, algunos eran algo groseros, las habitaciones son adecuadas y la verdad es un espacio para adultos mayores "60 y mas"por lo que no hay mucho qué hacer. Las bebidas en general estaban ricas.”

“Olor a humedad y otro mal aroma después de la limpieza de piso. El personal de bares y restaurantes se dedican muchísimo al visitante extranjero a cambio de UN DOLAR o NADA de propinas, Restaurante en ocasiones dejaban manteles sucios para recibir a comensales en turno y definitivamente muy incómodo si tienen Club de playa deben construir baños pues el tener que está regresando al hotel es muy INCOMODO, se requieren más opciones de bebidas para personas que NO BEBEN ALCOHOL y no pueden tomar……

“We really liked this place. Our bed was comfortable, the beach was great, the pools were nice, and the price was right. We also really liked the location of the hotel. Within 20 mins walk or a few minutes can ride we could get to really nice restaurants in a nice neighborhood. It was also easy to get to downtown for a change of scenery. The staff were also really nice. The building itself is about 40 years old so not the newest, but that's presumably why it was less expensive. Other than……

“My boyfriend chose this as our first resort, and after reading some of the other reviews, I was honestly a bit confused, because our experience was completely different—in a good way. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. We are Mexican, and the staff treated us with kindness and respect throughout our entire stay. I had read a review from someone who said they were treated poorly, but that was not our experience at all. This is one of the most relaxing resorts I’ve been to.……

“The best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. Spent a week in the south tower, explored every single restaurant, enjoyed the huge wine selection. We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️”

“It is on the ocean nice pools only 1 restaurant included in All Inclusive. Some rooms are updated and some are not. The location is perfect if you want to be in Zona Romantic area!”
