Older hotel but has been well maintained. The room had been redone recently and was clean and had a nice refrigerator and microwave. No pool or any frills, but if you just need a clean room, free parking and a great shower with amazing water pressure this is for you.
The neighborhood has some homeless but they did not bother us. The bus stop is aboit a block away and we like using public transportation. There is a cute bar, Question Mark Bar, a couple of blocks down and you can walk to it and they had good food and nice atmosphere.
We were able to walk to Oracle park for an event there it was about 15-20 minute walk, and the hotel rates were very good. It was just my husband and myself.
