“The Stavrand is a beautiful property nestled in the redwoods just a few minutes walk from downtown Guerneville. The front desk and dining room staff were friendly and helpful. We brought kayaks, for which we were shown a safe place for storage. My disappointments were: (1) the swimming pool was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was not very hot and had no operative jets, (2) housekeeping did not come clean our room during our 2-night stay, and (3) the room, though lovely, had no real separation of bed……
