“Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck. In floor heating; no noisy AC unit. Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly). Host provided outside movie and got a fire going. Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas. Friendly staff who want to help. Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular.”

“Boutique little hotel with lots of history and character. Quiet and great location about 10-15 min from multiple beaches. Across the street is a fantastic bakery with good coffee as well as a little general store with a decent amount of snacks, wine, beer beach toys and other odds and ends. “Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future.
