"It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back. The staff here are amazing people very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and super nice. Our only problems were that breakfast was little disappointing and for one of the bed sheets and pillow covers smelled not clean. We always bring our own sheets and pillow covers due to allergies so it was fine. The beds however were very comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious! We would definitely recommend this place!"

"I was expecting to use spa but couldn’t - at arrival I went upstairs in person and apparently the ONLY spa worker was busy and no one was there to take an appointment. I asked a hotel worker to hunt someone down for help and later was told they were all busy. I left a phone message which was not returned for an appointment. THEN FINALLY a WORKER PHONED MY HOTEL ROOM - SHE SPENT 8 MINUTES YELLING AT ME THAT I WAS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE. Ok I am Japanese - so my Husband from Chicago got on the phone and SHE told HIM HE WAS NOT COMMUNICATING Correctly. This is a Racist, Mean, Lazy, nasty SPA! I will never return to CASA MADRONA"

"Had to help the Night staff change the sheets as it Gad hairs both on the pillows and sheets, so did the floor around the bes :(. Staff was helpfull. My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock. Felt uncomfortable knowing that they were stranger rooming around my bedroom and personal stuff. Staff did advierte they were understaffed. The hotel rooms are spacious, red and pillows are comfortable and so are showers. I travel often to Marin County to visit my daughter, so if they can improve cleaniness I would definitely stay here again. "
