“We found stain on bed sheet so we ask for housekeeping service. However, we were being rejected as they insist they will only provide housekeeping service on the fourth day of our stay. Also, we are not happy with the security as well. Everyone from the park lot can easily access to our apartment.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.
