“We loved staying at Coombe Down. A master class in interior design and functionality, it has all the mod-cons and is really well thought through. Only slight downside is it is located on a main road so one of the double rooms and the single can be a little noisy with the windows open but we soon adjusted. All other bedrooms were quiet enough that you could really only hear the sheep baaing. The views from the patio are breathtaking and the location is good if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk into……

“We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little……

“It was a beautiful cottage, just what we hoped for. The dogs were also made welcome and we were very grateful for the fan as the weather was baking. The scones, jam and clotted cream, eggs and milk were also very welcome and the owners were delightful, even though one of our dogs was grumpy and barked whenever they were about!!! Couldn't recommend this xottage enough.”
