This newly finished 1-bedroom basement suite offers a clean, comfortable, and fully private stay — perfect for business travellers, couples, or small families visiting the city.   
  
Enjoy your own separate entrance, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, and a cozy living area with smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchenette comes equipped with a large-fridge, electric stove, microwave, kettle, and all the essentials.  
  
Located minutes from Highway 410, shopping centres, and parks — you’re only 20 minutes from Pearson Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Brampton.  
  
Family Home Note — Our family lives upstairs — we have two wonderful young children who enjoy playing in the early evenings (around 6 PM) and on weekends. You may occasionally hear light footsteps or laughter (kids playing), but we maintain quiet hours after 8 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for our guests.
