Torquay has iconic palm trees and elegant promenade cafés so you can relax in style and enjoy classic seaside fun. You’ll be in a prime position just 50 metres from the picturesque Rock Walk, where paths wind through lush, Mediterranean-style gardens here. You’ll reach this three-bedroom property via a lift up. Inside the stylish open-plan living space is the star of the show, with huge bi-fold doors framing the sea beyond. You’ll have a comfy lounge area with plush seating and a Smart TV, a sleek modern kitchen for cooking and a glass-topped dining table for laughter-filled dinners. Three bedrooms await across the hallway – one super-king-size, one king with its own en-suite and a 1 king-size ( that can be made as a two singles on request), all with TVs. Outside, your private balcony is the ultimate sundowner spot, furnished for relaxed al fresco drinks and with views towards Berry Head. There’s also a shared garden area and a secure underground parking space. A gentle 0.5-mile stroll will take you to Torquay’s bustling harbour and marina, where gleaming yachts and pleasure boats bob on the water, ready to whisk you along the English Riviera.
