The general decor, walls curtains and carpets are quite dated and worn. It Cld do with a revamp. But it’s clean and fresh feeling despite that and the rooms are really big and the pools are great! It’s a perfect location to walk into Torquay too. Will definitely return.

Det var utrolig gamle værelser. De er ikke blevet opdateret siden 70'erne. Det var faktisk som at være med i halløj på badehotel.

Wasn't somewhere I would recommend or stay again, Bed was hard and could feel the springs, we had to use the duvet as a mattress topper, mould in the grout in the bathroom, sharp edges on poorly fitted tile trim, ripped curtains, rotten timber windows, main window had no restrictor on so kids could fall out very easily. The room was a real let down, the arcade and soft play was a real bonus and great addition to the hotel.

I made a mistake not to book direct to be eligible for free parking. Many steps and corridors at the TLH Toorak,if you haven't got any mobility issues then it's perfectly suitable. Breakfast met our needs ,few basic cerelias and cooked breakfast as expected . Many over 80 yrs old ,assume its a popular hotel for OAP's.

•no lift to rooms •breakfast wasn’t very nice •bad evening meal selection and you’re tied into a set 3 course meal •no entertainment •showers that scream at you •steps to use the bathroom in rooms •no working wifi for tv and signal poor in general •fire alarms going off at early hours in the morning for a long amount of time for no reason. *rubbish left in our room when arrived. •no real double bed, two singles pushed together. •towels provided are tiny. •duty manager let himself into our room while we were asleep, despite a do not disturb sign being on our door. we have no idea if anyone has let themselves into our room while we weren’t inside. found it incredibly hard to sleep after that intrusion. woke up out of bed to a strange man in our room. not safe. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!
