"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"Hotel is very nice. Very clean. We could use kitchen, but we just drank tea, plus free breakfast. Room very big, and clean. Even though we had to share bathroom with another room, it was not problem at all. Location is also good 14 minutes walk to the center of the city. Linda also recommended us to visit Lucca, and it was very good city. "

"This is a stunning place to stay and the breakfast is incredible. The nearby restaurant that our host recommended was terrific . The staff went out of their way to help, even after we had left things behind after we checked out & had to return to retrieve them. The tower and cathedral are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. "I would stay here again. Nice place. Didn’t get to use the pool (December). Had a coin laundry in the car box (parking garage) that was reasonable compared to other places on my travels in Italy. The latte machine in the vending machine area was excellent for 60 cents euro. Great view of the sunset from our massive end unit patio. "
