"The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. There is a permanent smell of cigarettes throughout the property so they really should implement the NON-SMOKING policy. It’s very unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable but again, old shower, old furniture etc."

To access this you are sent a link that gives you photographic step by step instructions on how to access the grounds of the complex/obtain your key/ and finally locate your room. We booked a comfort quadruple room which had a private bathroom. On arrival, the first set of gates which accessed the grounds was open (therefore didn't have to use the access code...
