“Awesome stay at the cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed Lake Waramaug and everything it has to offer. The house was fantastic. We grew up in CT and this style of house is very nostalgic. The only thing I would say to others looking to stay here is that it is NOT friendly to those with any mobility problems. I’m not taking away from the property, just an objective comment. Definitely recommend! ”

“We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!”

“Through the neighborhood at the end of the quiet road tucked behind other houses is this lovely, tidy, efficiently laid out, well equipped home. The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Wish we'd found it when our son started college in Poughkeepsie rather than for graduation!”

“I had pleasure of staying at Alysia and Russel’s beautiful and luxurious converted space above the garage surrounded by nature. The space was immaculate and had everything I needed for my three day stay. I came for a weekend workshop at the very nearby Omega Institute. It was very peaceful surrounded by trees and great views and light filled the place. My favorite thing was the deck. The bed was also very comfortable. This is a lovely home with excellent furnishings and a beautiful shower as……

“The property is better than advertised. Very nicely appointed. We were traveling with an infant and a high chair was available. Bring a baby gate for the stairs inside. One is already installed on the back deck stairs. The decor is fabulous, the rooms spacious and check in and out seamless! We will be back! Ruthie M.”

“Perfect location for families with young children and pets to play in the water with limited boat traffic. Great yard with patios and fire pit for relaxing. Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the great vacation memories!”
