“History buffs will be in heaven! Hard to find such a well preserved 280 year-old property. The floors throughout are something you cannot copy today. Amazing. The creature comforts are all there and our 4 adult group were very comfortable. We used the 2 queen rooms (one up a narrow/steep stairway over the kitchen but worth it when you get up). *There are another 2 upstairs bedrooms accessed through a second living room. “This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. “We had a lovely stay in Pine Plains. Everything with the unit was as described. The only thing I’ll mention is that if you’re traveling in the summer, the AC is only in the living room and is very loud. ”

“We loved the house, and the pool/hot tub, and the hammock, and the yard, and the deers that came to visit us on the deck!!! Close to a couple of recreational areas, playgrounds, small zoo, a bunch of farms and a fantastic pizza joint (three brothers)! We'd love to come back!”
