“This is not a luxury hotel - but this is a great property for getting away from it all with enough room for an extended family! The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Each room has its own window AC and several rooms have their own bathroom. The Dining Room/Sunroom/Living Room layout is great for large groups - we even moved tables around and fit our whole family (20 people) at one long table one night! Don't worry about packing linens and towels (except maybe a beach towel) as that is all taken……

The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive, making our trip stress-free.The only thing that stood out as a downside was the garbage situation. The policy felt a bit overcomplicated, and the garbage bin was extremely small, which made handling trash during our stay a hassle. “We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2025 and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The other reviews are right, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than we expected. The bedrooms were very clean -- all the bedsheets and pillowcases were clean and smelled freshly laundered. We also appreciate that this property was NOT pet friendly; we hope it remains this way and look forward to returning in the future.”

“What a beautiful home , location and stay ! We were allowed to check in early , home had everything we needed : spices , platters , coffee pots , cappuccino machine , plenty of towels , fire pit why fire wood ! The house plenty of bathrooms , bedrooms so welcoming , clean home and kitchen just amazing ! We were able to see deer in the field by house : tons and tons ! We were able to use beach across from house along with kayaks. We traveled to Bethel Friday night for concert : easy to get to……
