"Pool side seating was comfy and family friendly. The staff was friendly too Rarely seen in other resorts"

"There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. This seems to be a common issue with hotels since Covid charging resort fees and not providing anything in return."

"It’s outdated. New owners aren’t upgrading the facility, Evening entertainment is boring. The place was exciting when Doc was in charge of the activities. He kept it fun."

"Was only here for a night, but the front desk people and the general staff around in the morning were super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my new go to when I’m traveling to the area, which is often. One critique is I wish they had nice big visible cameras on every angle of the exterior to monitor to the parking lot."
