"The farmhouse is absolutely adorable. It has been fully restored and is very comfortable. It has all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever back in Cooperstown, we will definitely stay there again. The host was very helpful and always answered my emails immediately. "

"The photos don’t do this farmhouse justice. Comfy beds, cozy front room, relaxing front porch, peaceful and serene property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our family while our grandson played baseball at Dreams Park. Added bonuses (sunscreen, hypoallergenic soap, laundry detergent and more) were much appreciated. Our host was responsive and obliging. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again and again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Rabbit Run! The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The kids had a great time enjoying the game room and fishing in the ponds! MJ and Steve were wonderful hosts, responsive to questions and full of fun facts about the area. Highly recommend this property!"

"Overall rated Good. Very clean. No phone connectivity yes internet - no calls in or out. Dead zone understand and - so just post it on site. Real drapes/curtains needed to sleep past 5 a.m. Attended baseball Dream Park - community very welcoming and this house close to park and Cooperstown a plus. "

"Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and...
