Staff were fantastic! Upon or first day at check in, we weren't quite satisfied with our original room. It was not on the lake side but by the pool. We wanted lakeside. After a 10 minute phone call and an on-site visit from staff, we had our room on the lakeside. Room was comfortable, had a good sized refrigerator and the tv was easily adaptable for Fire Stick Streaming. Wi Fi was great as well.
It was a beautiful weather weekend. And lake front beach and view are awesome. Firepit, and free use of paddle boats, canoe. Plenty of comfy beach chairs. Not too crowded for a holiday weekend and all the other guests we interacted with were lovely. Also conveniently located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs so easy drive to get to either spot for dinner or horse track. Definitely recommend and hope to go back next year.
