“The stag was amazing!! The beds were clean and comfortable. The building is older and some places show just that. The elevator had no air which was very hot but it was only a short ride. The table in the room was dirty. The sitting area in lobby was extremely small. The grounds outside could have been cleaner. The drain in bath drained very slow causing backup water in the tub when taking a shower. Maintenance had already left for the day. The front desk clerk did offer another room but my……

“This property is way past its prime, like 50 years past its prime. It is a typical roadside motel that I grew up with in the 60's and 70's. I appreciate the owners trying to bring it back, but it is not close to modern standards. However, for one night with good AC, it was sufficient. And it was cheaper than the chain hotels.”

“Our room was clean and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. There was so much variety and if you couldn't sit down for breakfast they had Go Bags. You could put a muffin and a piece of fruit to eat later and take it with you. That's such a wonderful service for business travelers. The young lady managing the breakfast was always busy making sure things were readily available. “Did find one but g in our room, other than that it was ok”

“The 2nd and 3rd floor are former smoking rooms that still have the horrible stench of the smoke. The 1st room I was in had a cracked window that I felt was unsafe. The 2nd room was a former smoke room. My 3rd room was back on the 1st floor with a horrible smelling desk chair....like sweat, body odor. Would never recommend this hotel.”

“The place is a lot smaller than expected. Parking was a little tricky. But it worked for one night. Wifi wasn't great and we didn't have any towels. Wish it had some type of fold out chair or little desk to do some work on. Other than that, it was a cute, peaceful place. Beds were comfortable, space was clean. Would stay again, but would be prepared better.”
