“When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response. When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely……

"This is our second year staying in VoulezVous and the service continues to be top-notched and exceeded our expectation (again!). All the staff (including the accommodation and the excellent ski room/shop) were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The free shuttle makes travelling in the area and our airport transfer bus stops stress free (not to mentioned picking us up from Val Claret after a long-day of skiing a great privilege). We discovered more of Tignes and got an excellent recommendation for the restaurant Le Panoramic at the Grand Motte a memorable experience too!"
