"I was told that all the amenities were up and functional before checking in, but when I arrived to Ogleby resorts, I was told the hot tub was working, and then when I got to the hot tub, it was not working and not functional cobwebs in the ceiling of the room no shampoo in the bathroom and the body wash was ripped off of the wall. Call the front desk to let them know about the hot tub, not working. It was told the maintenance crew was on their way and the maintenance crew did not show up."

"The hotel has always been wonderful. Unfortunately this time my wife became ill and we were unable to go to the Nailers game and didn’t need the hotel. We were unable to cancel in time to get a refund. I would think that they could give us a credit for the next trip instead of losing the entire cost of the room."

"I often stay here when I’m in town. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Hot Breakfast decent processed food. Kids love the pool and I like the hot tub, although, the chlorine levels need adjusting. It’s is way too strong."

"We loved our stay! The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Not only dishes and clean linens, but also extra blankets, plenty of reading material, a record player and albums, a deck of cards, matches and a starter pack of wood for the fire pit (we didn't use it, but it was nice to have if we wanted to), and my daughter LOVED hanging out in the hammock outside. :) They even had pet dishes in case we had forgotten to bring ours. If we had been able, we would have extended our stay. As it is, we plan to return to the same cabin this summer for another visit!The host even stopped by to drop off an organic spray to help ward off stink bugs just in case. She was lovely and I could easily see she had put so much care and thought into making sure guests were comfortable and happy. "
