“It was a nice room”

“My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful. 2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing. 3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are……

“Room was disgusting boogers on the wall yellow crusty stuff on the blankets balls of hair under the table cigarette ashes on the floor by the bed. The outlet by the sink was just taped in with some kind of medical tape or white tape and moved if lightly touched the light above the sink did not work and part of it was sitting on the floor by the sink. Smelled of cigarette smoke and feet. Checked out right after checking in. Supposed to be getting a refund we will see. Woman at the front desk was……
