Good

When we got to the first room, the bathroom had not been cleaned at all and seemed to have mop water (gray water) in the toilet bowl. They gave us keys to a second room for once we returned from our event. Upon return, we went in the second room and NOTHING was cleaned…bed clearly slept in and bathroom clearly not cleaned from last person. We turned both keys and had to find another hotel at 11pm. Very unfortunate time. While the front staff was nice and apologetic, our basic needs of a cleaned unused room was not met. We will be contacting corporate.
