We arrived super late and was plain exhausted. The staff was amazing and so friendly! Slept well. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options. The dinning room was large with plenty of seating. I truly cannot get over how amazing the staff was!

Drive 15 hours and was looking forward to finally getting some rest at 4:30am, but instead I walked into a room with the bed that smelled overwhelming of perfume. The scent was on the sheets, blanket, and all three pillows, as if they had been sprayed directly. The odor was so strong that it made the room uncomfortable and difficult to relax. This was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this place.

The accommodations were satisfactory, and I would consider staying here again if not for the road noise. Even with the air-conditioner on to drown out the road noise, you can feel the rumblings of the big trucks passing by.

The pool was closed, we weren't told about the breakfast, the air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake at night and the television reception was horrible. There was so much "snow" it was hard to see it. We left 2 days early and I am requesting a refund for those 2 nights we didn't stay.
