“Searching online for one night hotel room while traveling and came across the Central Athens Hotel and took a chance with a local hotel based on price, reviews, and pictures versus staying at your typical interstate corporate hotel. This hotel did not disappoint. This place is a sweat gem of a place to stay. First, place is clean inside and out and they have obviously been thorough to make this older hotel feel fresh and new versus just covering up with some paint. Hotel has a nice modern vibe.……

“Loved my stay at this little cabin in the woods. The host was awesome and made sure I had everything I needed including some fire starter for the fire pit, firewood, a case of water, and coffee! Great place to take an easy walk through the woods and just enjoy some fresh air and down time. I was in the area for a concert and this is just 10 minutes from Athens University, yet felt so remote and secluded. Horses, chickens, and the friendliest dogs all made this even more awesome.
