We received a message about a change in check in a couple of weeks before our stay. Then the morning of they completely changed our stay to a different location. That location was fine and the owner was friendly! I won’t rate the original place because we didn’t stay there

The property emailed the day of checking in with a cancellation notice. The alternate property was not a good place. I am waiting for a refund.

Went to check in at the office. It was closed with a sign on the door to go across the street to another inn to check in. Went across street to the inn which was abandoned. Sign on that door gave address that was 12 miles away. No check in location found. Happened to run into a housekeeper that told us our key was taped to the door. Place was newer than cabins but it was not clean and smelled of sewer gas. Would not recommend this place.

I booked a cabin at Bryce Lodging 5 months prior to the reservation date. Literally, less than 3 hours before check-in, I fortunately checked my e-mail and found a notification that stated they could not fulfill my reservation due to a maintenance issue. The alternative was worse than camping in the middle of the woods with absolutely no service. Avoid at all costs.

The day we were to check in they sent message they had to cancel but had another property if we wanted to stay there really had no choice after driving for 3 days to get there. No wifi, internet and no working tv. After talking to someone was told they would drop the charge sounded great but still waiting for card to show credit only shows full charge for the original cabin.

If I can give 0 I would. Driving to the property, no one is there at all, to their so called sister hotel, door is closed and no one there as well. Asked some local people they said inn is no in business since beginning of this month. Then I tried to call the number ionthe file, said it was suspended. Have to book another stay there.

I don’t stay and they won’t answer the phones to talk to Expedia. We got there and NO ONE was at the property. The note said go across the street to hotel I didn’t book. Nobody was there until daisy duke showed up looking pretty toasted. Since they had NO WiFi I couldn’t stay as I needed to work. Numbers are disconnected and no refund

The room we actually got was very nice and comfortable but was at another property 7 miles away! I would give it a 4 star only because the tv issues. The problem was with the initial cabin we reserved. We were told to call to get check in instructions. We called and phone service had been suspended! We went to the address given us n the initial reservation and there was a note that said our reservation had been changed to another place and gave an address! It was in another city down the road. The lady told us they were having “some issues” and she was helping them out. Ya think!!! Turns out the unit we were given was nicer and comfortable. Out in the middle of nowhere but very nice inside. I wouldn’t recommend them as it made a very stressful day.

We were there to trail ride in our side x side. Parking is always a concern when traveling. No worries here. Plenty of room to park our dually truck, 12' trailer and side x side. They also have plenty of washers and dryers so you don't have to wait to wash your cloths.

Pleasantly surprised. Would have stayed longer. Close to Bryce. Check in is handled by motel across the street. Gas, groceries and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner also right across. Expect to be out of service area and spotty satellite. Clean bath and great water pressure.

The cabin we reserved was unavailable because of a claimed water main break, so we had a different cabin, 10 minutes outside of Tropic. It was not a good situation. 1. The cabin we reserved had a kitchen so we brought food to cook. The cabin we got only had a microwave and a small dorm frig. This meant we had to go BACK into town to eat, an expense we weren't planning on. 2. The cabin we reserved had a washer, the cabin we got did not. 3. The cabin we got was 10 minutes outside of Tropic, where the restaurants and grocery shopping was. It was also 10 minutes farther away from the park. 4. Every time we left the "replacement cabin" it was an extra 10 minutes TO and an extra 10 minutes FROM. To/from Tropic, where we could get food was an extra 20 minutes every day. To/from the NP was an extra 20 minutes every day. AND when we drove by the cabins IN Tropic, where we reserved, we saw cars parked...so we don't believe there was a water main break! We feel entitled to some reimbursement for the extra expense!
