"My experience overall at this property as poor-average. It served its purpose as just a place to sleep as we were out with family for most of each day. However, it was not worth the price-tag of about 300 per night. I would have been much more disappointed if this was to be our primary vacation location. Neighborhood is nice, friendly, walkable. Felt safe, secure. Keyless door access system was helpful. 2 AC units plus fans kept the apartment comfortable temperature wise. Cleanliness was 5/10....

"We gathered at Louann cottage before and after a family wedding. It was a splendid spot for 10 family members, with charming bedrooms and a large gathering space to drink coffee and tell stories from the ceremony. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the deck and lake. A beautiful space for beautiful memories!"

"Thanks so much for a great weekend at Cannonsburg Ski Area. We were so close that we could drive back and forth with our equipment for lunch and dinner! We were comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen fed our party of 13 so well! The two condos were across the hall from each other and easy to get back and forth. The neighbors were friendly and communicated politely their needs for parking."
