“Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend.”

“Great little stay, great amenities”

“Great place, often stay there”

“I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. “Bad dont stay here”

“A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.”

“A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.”

“Noise from up stairs all night and the bathroom had a leak”

“All rooms on 2nd floor up 37 steps. No evening bar or restaurant. Asked for a non slip shower mat, Didn't get one. No staff after 3.00pm. More like a boarding house than a hotel.”

“Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all”

“Great value, great location, friendly team, very helpful, this is my second stay here and I will definitely return.”

“I would rate this as at the very best 2 star”

“Really nice informative host. Cute little caravan, perfect for the night for what we needed 😊”
