Linens were still soiled, and toilets were unclean. Something wet and large stain on one bed, and smaller wet stain on the other. The night clerk apologized and gave us a different room, but this one had hairs all over the toilet. I think the cleaning staff might need a talking to.

Our bed sheets had to be changed they were dirty as if someone already slept in it it was warm no air in hallway the pool chlorine was so bad you actually had throat burning if you sit in there my group had eye burn it was so bad and there was no air so very hot it was cooler outside.the room didn't smell good I've got pictures of our bed

Property is in a shady part of town which wouldn't be so bad if it just smelled clean It's old and just one step away from no longer being a reputable franchise hotel

We booked a standard king room, and our sheets and towels were damp so when we told front desk he upgraded us to a king suite for free. The AC was a little lacking but it did pick up decent. Overall good stay. Fridge was a little gross in the freezer part but bed and shower was clean!

The front desk guy was amazing. Very helpful. Did his job to the tea the only thing I didn’t like was you can tell the people not all people that were there, but there is a few people that are on drugs and it’s just uncomfortable other than the people on drugs that were there, and I went back the next day to see if they would be gone, and no, the people on drugs were still running rooms out and it was just uncomfortable in the pool and they’re just looking at you weird way which it makes it uncomfortable ….
