Two concierge telephone numbers and hotels.com contacted, with no response. Moved to a new condo. Airconditioning would go from a set 20 degrees to default 28 degrees randomly. Pools are fantastic. Staff on site are friendly. Taxi from airport to accommodation is $50USD minimum each way. Taxi from accommodation to Tulum central is $25USD each way minimum. Complimentary shuttle bus to beach daily (except Monday). For the price, the accommodation is well worth it, just take note at the taxi cost. Bike hire $10USD approx per day. CBD is 5km walk each way. On site convenience store. Uber Eats delivers. Dirt Road. It was very quiet and safe at the resort. There are under ground parking garages. Beautiful views of the jungle. I loved the rooftop pool the most. The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and lost power temporarily. The roads to drive up to the property aren’t finished so it’s a very bumpy road but I’m sure that’ll be resolved soon as they finish building. Overall, I highly recommend this property! 10 minutes from restaurants/bars/beach & city. Almost 2 hours from the airport. La structure et récente, propre. L’ambiance est ressourçante. Les piscines sont super agréables avec plein d’oiseaux qui virevoltent et chantent tout au long de la journée. L’atmosphère était très calme. La vue des piscines sur les toits est superbe. Le personnel à l’entrée de la résidence est très sympathique et serviable. Il y a une armée d’autres employés qui prennent soin de la résidence, des jardins et piscines. Le studio était très propre. Bien équipé. La climatisation très appréciée. Il y a une petite boutique à côté de l’accueil qui permet d’acheter les essentiels comme l’eau potable, papier toilette, sacs poubelles et petites collations. Si la réservation est faite via Expedia, il faut prévoir verser une caution non mentionnée dans les détails de la réservation. Leur machine n’étant pas compatible avec nos cartes de crédit, il a fallu aller chercher de l’argent cash. Pour communiquer avec eux, il faut utiliser WhatsApp. Par contre, l’établissement est dans une zone ex centrée en pleine construction et n’est pas encore relié à une route très praticable. Prévoir la location d’un scooter ou d’une voiture ou les services d’un taxi. Ce déplacer à pied sur la grande chaussée est dangereux, il n’y a aucun espace pour les piétons. Il faut compter 10min pour aller au centre de Tulum ou à la plage. Desde nuestra llegada, encontramos múltiples problemas que evidencian una grave falta de organización y atención al huésped. La primera noche no estábamos registrados en el lobby, lo que casi nos impide entrar. Tras confirmar nuestros datos, recibimos una contraseña incorrecta para acceder a la llave de la habitación. Como el concierge no estaba disponible, tuvimos que esperar varias horas hasta que alguien nos ayudó. Dos días después, el host nos exigió cambiar de habitación porque el dueño del apartamento llegaría ese mismo día. Al regresar esa noche, la nueva habitación no había sido limpiada y estaba en pésimas condiciones. La limpieza tardó dos horas en gestionarse y nos entregaron la habitación a medianoche sin toallas ni sábanas limpias. El día del check-out, desde las 8 a.m., personal de mantenimiento golpeó la puerta insistentemente porque debían hacer reparaciones para la llegada del dueño. Nos obligaron a desalojar a las 9 a.m., mucho antes de la hora acordada. Por la pésima experiencia, solicito un reembolso completo y considero que el host no debería estar autorizado para alquilar. Espero una respuesta pronta, de lo contrario, elevaré mi queja a las plataformas correspondientes. The property is nice I do feel like the cleanliness and the up keep of the rooms could be way better I had an ant problem in my room had to keep buying bug spray. The areas outside of the hotel is a dirty area no sidewalks just dirt road it will be hard to get around without taxi or car. Another thing there is no food located at the property so expect to be paying for food to be delivered or eating out at a restaurant. The bar and restaurants was the highlight of my stay you will enjoy the night life. If you are looking for nightlife I suggest following black in Tulum group.
