I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature. The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier. The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit. The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown. Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again.

Very chic, and beautiful property. I absolutely loved the two pool areas and the breakfast at the restaurant in the seafront. The rooms though (although very beautiful) are lacking some basic amenities like a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a small fridge; they are quite simple and minimalisti. Bed linen and pillows are super.
