We stayed at Umi Tulum for 5 nights and absolutely loved every moment. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The vibe throughout the hotel is relaxing yet vibrant—perfect for a Tulum getaway. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness, was thoughtfully maintained. The food and drinks were top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying. What really made our stay special was the staff. The concierge team was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, from activity recommendations to transportation. The restaurant staff was equally amazing—attentive, kind, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The onsite music sets created a fun, energetic ambiance without ever feeling overwhelming. It honestly felt like a little community—everyone from staff to guests felt like part of one big family.
