This open concept space is great for your group and features plenty of space to lounge. Panoramic door opens to pool at the lush garden space. Each bedroom features and ensuite bathroom and the kitchen and dining area are perfect for a private chef experience. High speed wifi, gated- just off of main roads easy to find with dedicated parking. Beach club access at Gitano Beach, Le Zebra, Lula, and Soy Tulum. Dedicated concierge included with your reservation. About the House: Private villa located in gated area nearby holistika. Great open concept living area split primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Unit is all on one level with large garden and pool. Listing Access: access to: Entire Villa- single level with private pool, covered patio and fully fenced backyard. The villa is in a secure gated complex with 24 hour security and locked main door at night. Dedicated parking space. Starlink internet reliable, fast and even coverage Access to Gitano, Soy Tulum, Lula, La Zebra, Umi Hotel and Layla rooftop. During stay housekeeping available for an additional fee, airport transfers, chefs, massages, yoga classes and more. Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to arrange it. Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation. Transportation- Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.
