"The rooms were clean and the AC worked great! We didn’t use any of the amenities so I cannot comment on that. One complaint we had in both rooms was that the coffee pot in the room did not work. My husband was disappointed and we had to stop by the store to get some. Otherwise our stay was a nice quick stop."

"We stay twice a year at this property and have been doing that for almost 3 years. After having stayed at several other locations in Toledo Bend, this is by far the best. The property is always clean. The owners are very attentive. The views are spectacular. Peace and quiet a lot of bird watching. We like to think of it as our second home. We absolutely love it."

"The cabin was just what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything needed, even a crushed ice maker which was nice. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The host was prompt in responding and we would recommend this get-a-way place to anyone!"

"Property was well stocked and we love the easy access to the lake. We cooked every night we were there. I’m not sure how close any restaurants are or grocery stores. It’s about 30 minute drive to Cypress Inn golf course which we enjoyed. If we’re ever in the area again, we will stay here again."
