"Loved our holiday weekend stay at the lake. Craig and Steve, the brothers who host the property, are right next door and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. House was clean and well kept. Property is in the perfect spot. Great family friendly atmosphere along the waterfront."

"We rented a pontoon for the week on Tippy Dam Pond and stayed in this home with our daughter and our two dogs. The home is decorated with cabin decor and the kitchen has everything that you need. The cabin was warm in cool weather and cool when the temperatures started to climb. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were able to pack less things from home. We were sad when it was time to go home and leave this nice home, neighborhood and recreation area."

"This spot was perfect for our group of friends with young children! The kids had a blast with the playset, hot tub, and games at the house. The adults appreciated how spacious the home was. The bedrooms were all spacious and we had plenty of hang out spots. We’re already planning another trip when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities!"

"There were 6 adults (24-50 years old) and 3 children under 3. There was plenty of space and plenty to do for all ages! We kayaked and paddle boarded daily. The hot tub was a great way to end each evening. The adult children loved the water trampoline! Alicia was absolutely amazing!! Quick to respond before and during g our stay. "Had a great time! House is at the end of quiet dead end road. Beach is very nice. This property is on the calm side of the lake. House has everything you need to cook inside and out. House had no A/C but owner has plenty of fans around and open windows to a nice evening breeze. Newer appliances work great. Large great room for everyone to hang out with in evening. We’re there 5 nights and enjoyed every one. Only negative if there is one is that the house only has 1 bath, but we worked around it....

"We had a nice stay. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the house during the day and it was kinda rainy when we were there so we did not get to enjoy the large deck and river location but it lots of comfortable outdoor chairs and dining table."
