“We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. ”

“The only disappointment was the lack of local restaurants open. Apparently most restaurants in the area are closed for a two week window around this time of year. You may want to mention this in the ad and propose options that are open.”

“We enjoyed our time in the Franconia cabin. Although it isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable. The rustic vibe fit well with our personalities and desire to get away from a fast-paced work life. The wrap-around porch was a real treat! The weather was hot and humid during our stay. We appreciated having access to fans, since the house does not have central AC. Hope to return to Franconia soon!”

“Beautiful, very clean property with pollinator garden, outdoor seating for meals and games, and a fire pit. Our family enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the full kitchen including gas grill, ping pong table and other games, and proximity to hiking, outdoor activities, and plenty of restaurants and shopping. While there are wall hooks, there are no closets or chest of drawers.”

“Check in was easy, great communication, private setting with no noise from the outside world. Speakers on the pavilion sound great, the pond was relaxing and a great getaway oasis. It was fun watching the baby frogs hop around the shore. Kitchen was clean, fully stocked with all the amenities, lots of plates/utensils/serving platters/etc. Hot tub is spacious and the grill works well. Beds were comfortable. More than enough towels for showers/hot tub/swimming ”

“We were pleasantly surprised to see the home was just as the photos. It was fabulous. My grandson didn’t want to leave! The kitchen is absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t get the fireplace to work but that wasn’t a big deal for us. ”
