Two Bridges Vacations from $995

The attention to detail was apparent throughout. All the staff behaved impeccably.

We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. The small touches are what makes this hotel a special one. The bar downstairs proved popular to watch the world cup and we appreciated the hospitality during the evening. Breakfast was cooked to order and taken on the deck. The swimming pool was excellent. Car parking is easy and plentiful. One small point is that we would have appreciated a fan in our room which was very hot. Given the extremely high temperatures we are all experiencing it might be something to consider for the future. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine and of a very high standard.

Stayed for the first time visiting the Sidmouth folk festival. On arrival initial impressions were very good. However, room very disappointing. Heavily Stained carpet and desk chair, bathroom ceiling and shower head mouldy, bath handles rusty, bath side not fitting. Spoke to reception unable to offer another room as full. However car park only 1/3 full. Breakfast mediocre. Awaiting contact from manager.
