"Good location, great old building but in need of tlc. Staff were mixed; some helpful and friendly, others not. Prices at the bar ok considering. Only one lift working while we were there. Indoor car park at £10 per day is ok, but designed when cars were half the size, so exciting getting in and out ..."

"The cottage is a lovely place to stay, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone would need, even picnic baskets and cooling blocks.
