“My high school chum and I were doing a reunion road trip and stayed at the BW in Sandy, Oregon for one night. Rosa and Ryan checked us in. They greeted us warmly and professionally. “We frequently stay at this location for business purposes, and I do mean FREQUENTLY!! We've found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Although we have had some small issues a FEW times during stays: bathroom door not locking, fan not working, ac not working, missing fridge/micro, they have ALWAYS come through for my technicians. In our line of business where we travel A LOT, it is hard to find a good stay where my guys can get a good days sleep (working graveyard) without interruption,……

“Had an unplanned layover in Portland while getting repair work done on my Sprinter Van. An employee at Outside Van recommended McMenamins Edgefield and really glad I chose this place. Unique lodging experience and fabulous dinner and breakfast at the pub and restaurant in the main lodge. Much better than staying at a chain hotel! Would have liked to take advantage of the billiards, but didn’t have anyone to play with. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Portland area!”
