Staff was amazing. Super sweet front desk ladies. Property is what to be expected. It’s a much older property in the beach which few updates. Our door wouldn’t close easy but we figured it out. Please note the outlets are wonky so if you need to plug in a charger for phone or laptop, you’ll need an extension cord. In our case one was available in the room for use. Walking distance to all beach shops and restaurants. Parking very limited

Booked beautiful blue room with separate living room for two nights. Paid $659 for romantic suite. Received a blood red room with mirrors on walls and ceiling, stripper pole in middle of room, no living area, holes in doors, shower curtain would not stay up, tile around top of tub was broken and sharp, roaches around floor and and came out when dark. Had to leave light on at night. All other hotels were booked so we couldn't refuse room. After traveling around US and Europe, this was the worst and expensive room I've ever stayed in.

The property is dated. The bed and towels were all clean and fresh. The air conditioner is in the wall and a little noisy. For a nights sleep this worked. Susie at the front desk was pleasant and easy to speak with. Willing to be helpful in all ways.

The picture seems great but once I arrived the room was nothing compared to them, very misleading. Room I was assigned must’ve been a last minute addition. Unfortunately the room was not refundable.

No soap in the room, toilet kept running on/off every few seconds, no ice machine, and food in the vending machine was melted/old. Tub drained really slow w/ no tub stopper. The pros were close walk to the beach & stores. Cute patio lights.
