“Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll……
“This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer.
