"We had to book with Masia last minute after an unfavorable experience with Prashanti Ubud, and were relieved to have comfortable, clean rooms out in the rice paddies. The shower/bath area is outside and absolutely serene. Keep in mind you have some roosters as neighbors! Breakfast was served fresh and fast to order, and scooter transport is available upon request to get to the main streets of Ubud in under five minutes. The staff are friendly and attentive. "Very cute, jungle vibes. Lots of stones and steps. The bungalow room was amazing. The bathroom was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I wasnt a fan of the wooden platform under the bed. I scraped my legs several times. In 48 hours, the internet only worked for about 10 hours. I was told it affected the area, but Im still in Ubud and the internet works here. Neighborhood bars are so loud, I thought the music was coming from the hotel. Not recommended for light sleepers, but it is pretty...

"Near market but secluded a bit. Be prepared for animal noise at night. I did not eat there as better options within walking distance in central Ubud. Something that I not at 2 hotels in Ubud is when you put the sign clean my room’ and go out, they don’t clean the room but turn the card that say ‘do not disturb’. Then they say they didn’t clean because of the sign. "
