“It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother though. It was not a handicapped unit but we didnt ask for one. The bathroom didnt accomodate my walker. So hisband had to help again.
