i had a 10-day trip in Japan , and i gotta wash my laundry in this hotel.
they have 200 rooms in the hotel but provide only 4 washing machines. Guests occupied the washing machines most of the time, i had to stay up until 4am to do the laundry and drying. i complained to the front desk and they claimed that the hotel policy restricts them from getting the guest’s laundry out.
they failed to provide info of alternatives, such as any laundry services nearby.
it is very disappointing that i cannot get good rest here.
